2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Website (for example, when you browse the Website, interact with content, click links, or enter a competition we run on the Website).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information collected by third parties, including any third-party online gambling operators, platforms, or services we link to or promote. Those third parties’ privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
3. Key definitions
“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, as defined under applicable Canadian privacy laws.
“Partner Sites” means third-party online gambling or gaming operator websites or platforms that we link to, promote, or refer traffic to, including operators that are regulated or authorized in Ontario and Alberta (as applicable). Partner Sites may include Operator Platforms that offer online gambling under the oversight of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) and iGaming Ontario (“iGO”) and/or Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (“AGLC”) and Alberta iGaming Corporation (“AiGC”), as applicable.
4. What we do (Affiliate marketing and referrals)
We operate the Website as an affiliate marketing and informational platform. We publish content such as reviews, comparisons, rankings, and educational materials about Partner Sites, and we may include links, widgets, or promotional content that allow you to visit a Partner Site.
If you click a link to a Partner Site, we may receive a referral fee or other marketing compensation from that Partner Site. We use analytics and tracking technologies to: (a) understand how visitors use our Website;
(b) measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (for example, whether a click resulted in a visit, registration, or other conversion event on a Partner Site); and
(c) help prevent fraud and protect the integrity of our marketing programs.
We do not operate Partner Sites, do not process your deposits or withdrawals, and do not receive your passwords or full payment card details. Any account you create or transactions you complete with a Partner Site are governed by that Partner Site’s terms and privacy policy.
5. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may collect or generate the following categories of personal information:
5.1 Device and usage information (online identifiers)
This may include: the date and time you access the Website; IP address; approximate location derived from IP address; browser type; device type; operating system; unique device or browser identifiers; mobile network information; referral URLs; and information about your interactions with the Website (such as pages viewed, links clicked, scrolling activity, and time spent on pages).
We use this information to operate the Website, maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and our content.
5.4 Information we receive relating to referrals (Partner Site conversion reporting)
Because we operate an affiliate marketing Website, we may receive marketing and attribution reporting from Partner Sites and/or from third-party marketing, analytics, or attribution partners that helps us understand whether referrals from the Website result in certain actions on a Partner Site (for example, a visit, account registration, or other conversion event).
This reporting may be aggregated or may relate to a particular device/browser through identifiers such as click IDs, cookie IDs, or device identifiers, and may include timestamps, general location derived from IP address, and campaign or referral metadata.
We do not receive your password, full payment card details, or detailed gameplay or wagering transaction records from Partner Sites.
6. Cookies and similar technologies; your choices
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and SDKs) to collect and process certain device and usage information and to measure marketing performance (including affiliate referrals).
We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies to operate the Website and help maintain security and prevent fraud; and
- Optional cookies (such as analytics, advertising/marketing, and affiliate attribution cookies) only if you provide express consent through our cookie banner/preferences tool.
For more information, see our Cookies Policy.
7. How we use personal information (purposes)
We use personal information for the following purposes:

(f) to administer competitions or promotions you enter;
(g) to communicate with you (for example, to respond to requests, support inquiries, or competition administration);
(h) to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
(i) to protect our rights, the integrity of our marketing programs, and the security of our users, partners, and systems.
8. Consent
We obtain consent as required by applicable law. The form of consent (express or implied) may vary depending on the sensitivity of the information and the reasonable expectations of individuals.
In particular:

- We will use optional cookies (such as analytics, advertising/marketing, and affiliate attribution cookies) only if you provide express consent through our cookie banner/preferences tool.

(a) the countries in which our service providers are located;

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information, which may include access controls, least-privilege permissions, staff training, contractual controls with service providers, encryption in transit, and monitoring and logging.
No security safeguards can guarantee 100% security.
12. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and as required or permitted by applicable law and our legitimate business needs.
Retention periods may depend on factors such as the nature of the information, the purposes for which it was collected, legal retention requirements, and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where information has been used to make a decision about you, we retain it for at least one year so that you have a reasonable opportunity to request access, consistent with PIPEDA.
When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete, anonymize, or destroy it.

If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. Breach notification
